What documents are required for rental?
For citizens of Uzbekistan — passport and driver's license. For foreign citizens — international passport and international driving permit (IDP). Minimum age — 24 years, driving experience — at least 4 years.
Is insurance included in the price?
Yes, all cars are insured with CASCO and OSAGO. Insurance is included in the rental price. In case of an accident, if the damage exceeds the deposit, the insurance company covers the difference (provided the accident is reported through traffic police).
Can I travel outside Tashkent?
Yes, you can travel throughout Uzbekistan. Mileage limit — 300 km/day, extra kilometers are charged separately. For long-term rentals, the limit is increased.
How does car delivery work?
We deliver the car for free anywhere in Tashkent for rentals of 3+ days. Airport delivery is available for any rental period. Delivery time — from 30 minutes.
What payment methods are available?
Cash (UZS), bank cards (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), bank transfer for corporate clients. The deposit is returned within 5 days after car return, provided there are no traffic fines or claims.
What discounts do you offer?
Rental for 7-13 days — 5% discount. 14-29 days — 15% discount. 30+ days — 25% discount. Discounts are applied automatically.
Can I rent a car without a driver's license?
No, renting a car without a driver's license is not possible. An original passport and valid driver's license are required. Minimum age — 24 years, driving experience — at least 4 years.
How is the deposit returned?
The deposit is returned within 5 days after car return, provided there are no traffic fines, contract violations, or third-party claims. If fines or damages are found, the cost is deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, the insurance company covers the difference (provided the accident was reported through traffic police).
