Transparent terms, official contract, full insurance

Our company has been providing car rental services for over 6 years. We have established a legally reliable document processing system. The rental agreement is an official document reflecting all rental terms: duration, cost and responsibilities of the parties.

Documents & Requirements

Required Documents

  1. National passport (original)
  2. Driver's license (original)

Foreign visitors need a passport, driver's license and a residential address in Uzbekistan.

Foreign visitors with a national driver's license complying with the Road Traffic Convention requirements — it is valid in the Republic of Uzbekistan with a certified translation.

Deposit Amount

Late return: up to 1 hour — free. Over 1 hour — each incomplete hour:

  • Spark, Nexia, Cobalt, Gentra — 50,000 UZS/hour
  • Orlando, Tracker, Captiva, Malibu, Equinox, Seltos, K5, Kodiaq — 100,000 UZS/hour

A 1-hour delay after 7:00 PM is considered a full day delay.

The deposit is returned within 5 days after car return, provided there are no traffic fines or third-party claims.

Insurance

  1. All our cars are insured with OSAGO and CASCO.
  2. A deductible applies within the deposit amount — the insurance company is not liable for damage within the deposit amount.
  3. For damages exceeding the deposit — the insurance company covers the amount above the deposit, provided the claim is filed through the traffic police.
  4. If parties avoid filing through the traffic police after an accident — the client bears full responsibility for damages.
  5. The company may request compensation for vehicle downtime during post-accident repairs.

In case of an accident:

  1. Notify the Company: +998 78 113-78-70, +998 99 530-50-05
  2. Call traffic police and file the accident report

Mileage Limit, Speed & Territory

Mileage is limited to 300 km per day. The limit accumulates over the entire rental period.

Exceeding the limit

Models Surcharge per 1 km
Spark, Nexia, Cobalt, Lacetti 1 000 UZS
Other models 2 000 UZS
  • Speeding over 120 km/h — fine of 100,000 UZS per violation. The client is also subject to traffic law penalties.
  • Driving outside the Republic of Uzbekistan is prohibited.

Client Responsibility

  1. The renter is responsible for all fines and traffic violations during the rental agreement period.
  2. The renter agrees to comply with all terms of the rental and deposit agreements.
  3. The renter may not transfer the vehicle to third parties.

Fines for lost/damaged property:

  • Other property — valued at market price × 2

Refund Policy

In case of booking cancellation or early vehicle return, refunds to a bank card are processed within 5–30 business days depending on the issuing bank. To request a refund, contact us by phone or messenger.

Payment Security

Online payments are processed through the secure OctoBank payment gateway. Your card details are never stored or processed on our website. All transactions comply with international PCI DSS security standards.
