Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This document is an official proposal (public offer) of InRent (hereinafter — the "Lessor") to conclude a vehicle rental agreement without crew on the terms set out below.

In accordance with Articles 367-369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this document constitutes a public offer, and upon acceptance of the terms below, any individual or legal entity becomes the Lessee.

Acceptance of the offer is the submission of a vehicle rental application through the Website inrent.uz, by phone, or at the Lessor's office.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Lessor provides the Lessee with temporary possession and use of a vehicle (hereinafter — the "Vehicle") without driving and technical maintenance services (rental without crew).

3. Rental Conditions

3.1. Lessee Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• Valid driving license of the appropriate category
• Passport of the Republic of Uzbekistan or identity document for foreign citizens

3.2. Required Documents

1. Passport (original)
2. Driving license (original)
3. For foreign citizens: international driving license or national driving license with notarized translation

3.3. Deposit

Upon receiving the Vehicle, the Lessee pays a security deposit, the amount of which depends on the Vehicle class:

• Economy class (Spark, Nexia, Cobalt, Gentra): 2,000,000 UZS
• Comfort and crossovers (Orlando, Tracker, Captiva, Malibu, Equinox, Seltos, K5, Kodiaq): 5,000,000 UZS
• Premium and minivans (Carnival): 10,000,000 UZS

The deposit is fully refunded upon return of the Vehicle in proper condition.

4. Pricing and Payment

Rental rates are determined by current tariffs posted on inrent.uz. Payment is accepted via:

• Cash (UZS, USD)
• Bank card (UzCard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfer (for legal entities)

4.1. Discounts

The Lessor offers discounts for long-term rentals:

• From 7 days — 15% discount
• From 14 days — 20% discount
• From 30 days — 25% discount

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. Lessor Obligations:

1. Provide the Vehicle in proper technical condition
2. Ensure valid KASKO and OSAGO insurance policies
3. Provide a complete set of Vehicle documents

5.2. Lessee Obligations:

1. Use the Vehicle in accordance with its intended purpose and traffic rules
2. Not transfer the Vehicle to third parties without written consent of the Lessor
3. Not drive the Vehicle outside the Republic of Uzbekistan
4. Return the Vehicle on time and in proper condition
5. Observe the daily mileage limit of 300 km
6. Pay fines for traffic violations during the rental period

6. Mileage Limit

The daily mileage limit is 300 km. Additional charges apply for exceeding the limit:

• Economy class: 1,000 UZS per additional km
• Other classes: 1,500 UZS per additional km

7. Insurance

All vehicles are insured under KASKO and OSAGO policies.

8. Vehicle Return

The Vehicle is returned to the agreed location at the agreed time. Allowable delay is 1 hour. Additional charges apply for delays exceeding 1 hour.

9. Liability

The Lessee bears financial responsibility for:

• Loss of Vehicle documents — 2,000,000 UZS
• Damage to wheels and tires — at actual cost
• Loss of standard equipment — at actual cost

10. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the Lessor's location in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

12. Term of the Offer

This offer becomes effective from the moment of its publication on the Website and remains valid until withdrawn by the Lessor.
